Richard Harding is a former RAF Group Captain, military historian, and author. He served for 27 years in the RAF, commanded RAF Uxbridge, and has volunteered as a guide at the Battle of Britain Bunker — the underground Operations Room from which No. 11 Group directed the battle. His debut novel, In the Wake of Fire, draws on that experience. He also writes on military history and sport. He is available to give illustrated talks to groups and societies.
